Second round: Call for presentations, demonstrations, and workshop

Scholars and practitioners are also welcome to prose any original research work, best practices, case studies, demonstrations, solutions, and experience sharing in form of a presentation, a demonstrations or a workshop at the Conference. An abstract of about 500 words with a topic should be included in each of the proposals.

All submissions (full papers / presentations / demonstrations / workshops) should be made electronically in PDF format through EasyChair. Before formal acceptance of a full paper or a proposal, the concerned author or at least one co-author, if applicable, is required to make successful registration for the Conference.

Full Paper Submission and Acceptance

The length of each full paper, including the abstract, tables, figures, appendices, references, etc., should be contained within eight to twelve A4 pages. Each submission is subject to blind review and all manuscripts will be rated according to quality. Authors of the accepted papers will be invited to make presentations at the Conference. Selected outstanding papers will be published by the international publisher, Springer.

All full papers are to be submitted through EasyChair. If you have not had an account of EasyChair, you need to create a username and password to access the submission page. If you have created an account on EasyChair, you may use the same username and password to access the submission page.

In your full-paper, NO identifiable information of author/co-authors should be included.

In EasyChair, on the submission form, under the Keywords section, please enter:

· At least three keywords for your paper (to separate each keyword by a new line)
· Two track numbers for your paper, if applicable (see the Description of Tracks).

The papers that do not comply with the above requirements might be requested to make re-submissions.
