摘 要:虚拟学习环境中,在线辅导教师扮演着重要的角色,其辅导策略能够直接影响学习者的在线学习效果。依据在线辅导教师角色框架,根据辅导教师所担当的不同角色,通过对“广东省高中教师职务培训”案例中在线辅导教师所用到的实际策略进行分类,进而构建在线学习中教师辅导的策略模型。包括:辅导顾问策略、元认知激发策略、过程主持策略、内容主持策略、资源提供策略、技术支持策略和多元评价及时反馈策略等。该策略能够指导在线辅导的组织与实施,提高在线学习者的学习成效,对我国后继远程教师培训的开展具有一定借鉴意义。

E-tutors play an important role in virtual learning environment, their counseling strategies can directly affect the effectiveness of online learning learners. E-tutors have 7 different roles according to the theory of E-tutors’ Role framework. We separate the actual strategies in “Program of high school teacher training in Guangdong Province” into 7 parts based on the “E-tutors’ Role framework”. Then, build an E-tutors’ counseling strategy model in virtual learning environment. Including: counselor strategies, metacognitive strategies, process facility strategies, content hosted strategy, resources provide strategy, technical support strategy and multi-strategy evaluation and timely feedback. This strategy model can guide the organization and implementation of online tutoring to improve the effectiveness of online learners, and often with some reference to the conduct of subsequent of distance teacher training.
